Larry Dick began their work experience in 1994 as the Plant Controller at Lear Corporation's Winchester Plant. Larry held this role until 2004 when they transitioned to the U.S. Silica Company as the Assistant Corporate Controller.
Larry Dick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Larry later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Shenandoah University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Larry has obtained several certifications in diversity, inclusion, and leadership skills from LinkedIn, including Inclusive Leadership, Dealing with Microaggression as an Employee, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Larry acquired these certifications between April and June of 2021.
