Mason Borlik

Mason Borlik has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2008 as an R&D Intern at Celanese. In 2009, they became a R&D Analytical Chemist at Celanese before transitioning to the role of Research Chemist in 2010. In 2012, Mason joined Castrol as a Technologist and later became a Product and Marketing Support Chemist. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Product Manager, overseeing Heavy Duty, High Performance Lubes, and Specialties at Castrol. Currently, Mason is employed at U.S. Silica Company, where they started as a Market Development Manager in 2018. Mason then progressed to the position of Senior Market Development Manager in 2019 and Director of New Products & Market Development in 2020. Presently, they hold the title of Vice President, ISP Products & Innovation at U.S. Silica Company.

Mason Borlik received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Purdue University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Mason then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018.
