Randall Fitzpatrick

Soccer Referee at U.S. Soccer Foundation

Randall Fitzpatrick is a seasoned soccer referee with extensive experience at the U.S. Soccer Federation since March 1997. In addition to officiating, Randall gained expertise in environmental samples while working as a water sampler at E & S Environmental Chemistry, Inc. between May 2017 and March 2018. Prior to this role, Randall was involved in food production as a worker at Pickled Planet LLC and served as a production foreman at Wylie's Honey Brews, where responsibilities included creating Jun fermented honey sodas. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Southern Oregon University, earned between 2012 and 2016.

U.S. Soccer Foundation

The U.S. Soccer Foundation was established in 1994 as the major charitable arm of soccer in the United States. It is our mission to enhance, assist, and grow the sport of soccer in the United States, with a special emphasis on underserved communities. At the U.S. Soccer Foundation, we use our game as a vehicle to create positive social change in the communities where the need is greatest. We ensure that girls and boys living in underserved communities have access to evidence-based soccer programming that delivers positive health and youth development outcomes and safe places to play right in their neighborhoods. We are currently providing children in over 410 communities across the country with physical activity, nutrition education, and mentorship through our Soccer for Success program. Our Safe Places to Play program supports the development of safe places to play, grow, and learn, ensuring that children have easy and affordable access to quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development. In 2017, we launched It’s Everyone’s Game, a campaign to inspire and empower the nation to drive the change that ensures children living in underserved communities enjoy the health and youth development outcomes of the game. In partnership with communities, municipalities, and corporate partners across the country, we aim to reach one million children annually in Soccer for Success and build 1,000 safe play spaces by 2026.
