Lukas Manomaitis is an experienced aquaculture and seafood consultant, currently serving as the Managing Director at Seafood Consulting Associates since 2001. With a strong focus on international aquaculture, particularly in Asia, Lukas established a consulting firm in Bangkok to target the aquaculture and seafood industries. In addition to this role, Lukas has been the Aquaculture Program Technical Contractor for the U.S. Soybean Export Council since 2008, overseeing a team of consultants in Southeast Asia. Lukas also held leadership positions, including President of the Asian Pacific Chapter of the World Aquaculture Society from 2011 to 2013. Previous experience includes roles as a research assistant and an aquaculture extension officer with the Peace Corps.
