Kevin Williams

Kevin Williams has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kevin most recently worked as an Assistant General Counsel at U.S. Sugar since June 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at AutoZone, where they were a Director of Merchandising from October 2018 to July 2023, and the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary from April 2016 to October 2018. Before AutoZone, they were a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel - Corporate & Securities at Office Depot from March 2014 to April 2016. Kevin started their career as a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from June 2011 to March 2014, followed by an Associate role at Jones Day from June 2010 to June 2011. Kevin began their legal career as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2006 to May 2010.

Kevin Williams has a diverse education history. Kevin obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2018. Prior to this, they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2002 to 2005. In 2002, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science and Government at Brandeis University. Kevin'sundergraduate education took place at Boston College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Political Science and Philosophy.

In addition to their degrees, Kevin Williams has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they acquired a Claritas Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute. Kevin also holds bar admissions for the states of Georgia (obtained in January 2013) and New York (obtained in October 2006) from the Georgia State Bar and New York State Bar respectively.
