Anthony Myers

Anthony (Tony) Myers serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and a Leadership Team Member at US Tool Group, overseeing HR operations across Corporate HQ, more than 100 locations, and 1,000 employees in North America since January 2017. Previously, Tony held significant roles at Centene Corporation, including Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development, culture shaping, and executive training. Extensive HR leadership experience spans multiple organizations such as Citicorp, MCI, and Rubbermaid, focusing on employee engagement and effective leadership practices. Tony also contributed as a Leadership Consultant for the State of Missouri, developing training programs for diverse large organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and multiple certifications in various HR and leadership methodologies.
