Colette Morgan

Colette Morgan is an experienced professional in international trade and relations, currently serving as the Deputy Assistant USTR for Southeast Asia and the Pacific at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative since March 2019. Previously, Colette held the position of Director for Southeast Asia and the Pacific and worked as an International Trade Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce from August 2015 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Senior Manager and Associate at the US-ASEAN Business Council from January 2013 to August 2015, and an internship with the Global Policy Programs at Asia Society in late 2012. Colette holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
