Karly Graf is an experienced trade policy professional currently serving as the Deputy Director at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative since January 2023. Prior to this role, Karly held positions at the British Embassy in Washington, including Trade Policy Analyst and EU Exit Officer from April 2019 to December 2022. Karly also worked as a Program Assistant at Partnership for a Secure America between April 2018 and April 2019. Karly Graf possesses a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy with a Minor in Environmental Policy Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and has also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
