Tina Williams

Tina Williams, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tina most recently served as the Director of the Office of Human Capital and Services at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Analyst, Pay and Resources at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Tina also has a significant background in the Peace Corps, where they held various leadership positions such as the Deputy Director of Human Resources, Acting Chief Human Capital Officer, and Supervisory HR Specialist. Tina also served as the Chief of Operations and Acting Associate Director of VRS. Tina began their educational journey at the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Human Resource Management in 2003. Tina furthered their education at the same institution and obtained another Associate of Science (AS) degree, this time in Financial Management, in 1999.

Afterward, Tina attended Oakland City University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management. Following their undergraduate studies, Tina pursued a Human Resource Management Certificate from Martinsburg College, completing it between 2012 and 2013.

Additionally, Tina achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Arkansas Grantham, where they studied from 2007 to 2014. This advanced degree showcases their dedication to expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of business.
