Brian Rhodes, PHR has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Brian began their career in 2007 at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held roles such as Human Resources Manager, Employment & Compliance Manager, HR Specialist/Training Coordinator, and Production Area Manager. In 2014, they joined Oshkosh Corporation, where they served as Senior Director of Human Resources - People Programs, Director of Learning & Development, Director of Global HR Services, Director of Human Resources - Office & Global Functions (Defense Segment), Director of Human Resources - Manufacturing (Defense Segment), and Senior Manager of Human Resources (Defense Segment). In 2022, they were appointed Vice President of HR Operations - U.S. Oil & U.S. Gain at U.S. Venture, Inc.

Brian Rhodes, PHR has a diverse educational background. Brian obtained a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2007, followed by an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from East Carolina University - College of Business in 2013. Brian also attended Menasha High School. In addition to their degrees, Brian has obtained certifications in Executive Coaching from Sherpa Executive Coaching in 2015, Basics of Labor Arbitration Advocacy from Labor Arbitration Services, Inc. in 2012, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2009.
