Kayla Hill

Kayla Hill has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Kayla began their career as a State Officer for DECA in 2010. In 2014, they became a Corporate Recruiting and Social Media Intern for Schneider National. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Shopko as a Corporate Recruiter, Field Recruiter, and Sourcing Specialist and Campus Coordinator. In 2019, they began working at American Foods Group as a Corporate Recruiter and at U.S. Venture, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner.

Kayla Hill is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Kayla also holds a Scrum Foundations certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2022.
