Nicole Carter

Nicole Carter has been working in the talent acquisition and learning & development fields since 2009. In 2018, they began working at U.S. Venture, Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they are committed to finding diverse top talent that represents the company's culture and values. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Signature Healthcare, first as the Vice President of Learning & Development, leading a team of 15 with a 2.5 million annual budget to drive enterprise change and bring business focused learning solutions to meet the rapidly changing landscape of healthcare challenges. Later, they were promoted to Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at PharMerica as a Sales Administrator from 2009 to 2011.

Nicole Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Literature from Western Kentucky University and a high school diploma from Brentwood High School. Nicole also holds certifications from The Predictive Index (obtained in 2015) and Hogan Assessment Systems (Hogan Tier 1 and 2 Certified).
