Seri Udharasawasdi

Seri Udharasawasdi is an experienced leader in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as VP-Head of Organization Development and Talent Management at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. in Thailand since January 2020. With a strong background in workforce transformation, culture, and employee engagement, Seri has held multiple roles including VP-Head of Workforce Transformation & Culture and AVP-Head of Workforce Transformation & Culture at Prudential. Prior to this, positions included senior management roles at LIXIL, Thai Union Group PCL., Chevron, and Accenture, among others. Seri holds a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Thammasat University and two Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Affairs from Chulalongkorn University.
