Stephanie Paulson

Stephanie Paulson has been in the Human Resources field since 2000. Stephanie began their career at Target as a Store Team Leader. In 2006, they moved to Best Buy as a District Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as a Human Resources professional, where they eventually became a Sr. Recruiting Manager. In 2015, they joined Thrivent Financial as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness. In 2019, they moved to Kimberly Clark as a Talent Management Leader. Currently, they are the VP of Talent Management and Director of Talent Development at U.S. Venture, Inc.

Stephanie Paulson obtained a BS in Public Relations with a focus on Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1996 and 2000. In May 2018, they were certified by Hogan Assessment Systems as a Hogan Certified professional.
