Richard Huynh

Richard Huynh currently serves as Executive Vice President at Optical Resources Group Inc since June 2020 and is the Founder and Owner of CustomEyes since February 2018. Richard has held the position of General Manager at National Vision Inc. since May 2016 and Operations Manager at US Vision since February 2015. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Luxottica and Optical Supervisor at National Vision, Inc. Richard’s expertise spans team development, sales goal management, and operational efficiency, with a strong background in both optical lab work and patient/customer relations. Richard holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Design from Wichita Area Technical College and has experience managing budgets, training staff, and improving overall store performance.
