Earl L R. has been the Founder of U SCOPE Technologies since 2017 and the VP Operations / Founder of PHOTO iD - Photo Inspection Documentation - Simplified since 2017. For the past 12 years, they have been among the thousands of insurance adjusters affected by multiple hurricanes, tornadoes and disastrous floods that have affected the U.S. mainland.

Earl L R attended the American Institute of Design from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD.
