Herb Firsching

Herb Firsching is a Business Development Executive at Utegration. Prior to this, they served as the Account Director at Utegration LLC from December 2017 to December 2020, where they were responsible for developing relationships with east coast utilities and identifying opportunities for them to benefit by partnering with Utegration LLC's service and product offerings. Herb also led the successful effort to win the contract awarded to 10 Firms to support NYPA's Vision to be the Digital Utility of the Future in 2018. Prior to their time at Utegration LLC, Herb served as the Customer Operations Director at Gainesville Regional Utilities from October 2015 to December 2017.

Herb Firsching has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florida. Herb is certified by FEMA in IS-00100.b Introduction to Incident Command Systems, IS-00200.b ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident, IS-00700.a National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction, and IS-00800.b National Response Framework, An Introduction. Herb is also certified by the City of Gainesville in Emerging Leaders Development Program and by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) in ERP Implementation & Technology Governance in the field of Management Advisory Services.
