Tom Lussenhop is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in urban development and real estate. Currently serving as President of U3 Ventures since 2014 and Senior Vice President of U3 Advisors since January 2012, Lussenhop previously held the position of Principal at Lussenhop & Partners from January 2004 to January 2012 and was the Founding President of the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation/Capitol South from 2003 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Lussenhop worked as Managing Director of Real Estate at the University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2002 and as Vice President and CFO at NJ Performing Arts Center from 1989 to 1995. Lussenhop's professional journey began as a Real Estate Associate from 1987 to 1989 at Carnegie Hall Corporation. Academically, Lussenhop earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Urban Planning from Princeton University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Minnesota.
