Jeff Phillips began their career in 2008 at U30 Group, where they took on various roles over the years, including Vice President of Operations & Technology, Senior Director of Operations & Technology, Director of Operations & Technology, Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Technology, and Manager of Consumer Insights. During this time, they were responsible for project management and ownership of agency technology platforms, systems administration, data protection and compliance, as well as managing online qualitative platforms, online communities, product testing, user desktop support, and ITSM ticketing. Jeff worked with clients such as Merck, Subway, Lyft, Johnsonville, The Clorox Company, Radio Systems Corporation, ESPN, Wrigley, MillerCoors, Coca-Cola, Nike, Wieden+Kennedy, DDB, Starbucks, Nickelodeon, Burger King, and Southwest Airlines.

Prior to U30 Group, Jeff Phillips worked at Kiawah Island Golf Resort from 2001 to 2008 as a Shop Supervisor - Tennis. In this role, they managed two tennis complexes and retail outlets, and oversaw multiple FT and PT tennis professionals, shop personnel, and maintenance personnel. During this time, the resort was named the #1 Tennis Resort in the United States (TENNIS Magazine, 2004-2006) and the #1 Tennis Resort in the World (TennisResortsOnline. com, 2005-2008).

Jeff Phillips received their BS in Management from Emory & Henry College in 2001. From 2003 to 2008, they completed their MBA in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University. Jeff is currently enrolled in The University of Texas at Austin, where they are expected to complete their PMCP in Project Management in 2022.
