Joe Tiffany

Joe Tiffany is a skilled Mechanical Fitter and Welder with extensive experience in the maritime and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Joe has been employed at Ua Local 32 since 2018, while also holding positions as a Welder at Fremont Tug Boat Co. and Stabbert Yacht and Ship since February 2013. Prior roles include working as a Welder/Fitter at Fremont Tug Boat Co. for a brief period in 2012, and at Rapp Hydema from November 2011 to June 2012. Joe holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Metallurgical from Bellingham Technical College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
