Svetlana Pugeja

Svetlana Pugeja is currently working as the HR and Office Manager at FIMA since January 2022. Prior to this, Svetlana held various managerial roles in different companies, including Manager at InCube Riga, HR developer at 123 Drivers Ltd, Process Associate at Genpact Latvia, Office Manager at Rödl & Partner, Head of HR department at 123 Drivers Ltd, and Wholesales Manager at Jahonts. Svetlana also has experience as the Head of Export Sales department at KRONUS and as the Chief Executive at HAASE baltelectric. Svetlana holds a Master's degree in social sciences with a focus on German Language and Literature from Latvian University.
