Maria Perez

Maria Perez has over 25 years of experience in various controller positions. Maria is currently working as a Controller at UAL America since August 2022. Before this, they were a Controller and Senior Project Accountant at Crimson Design Associates from July 2017 to August 2022 and a President at Woodlands Safety Consultants, LLC from April 2013 to June 2017. Additionally, they held the position of Controller at HMS Architects, APC from April 1998 to October 2014 and at Chaffe McCall, L.L.P. from August 1993 to April 1998.

Maria Perez received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans from 1983 to 1986. Before that, they studied accounting at Louisiana State University from 1982 to 1983. Maria Perez holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana, which they obtained in January 1996. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in August 2011.
