Yury Camacho

Yury Camacho is a seasoned mobile application developer and technical leader with extensive experience in the Android and iOS platforms. Currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Payments Team at Ualá since June 2025, Yury has also contributed significantly to Google as a Developer Expert for Android & Kotlin since November 2017. Prior to Ualá, Yury held various roles, including Android/iOS Tech Lead for Payments and Fraud at Rappi, where responsibilities included leading the integration of multiple payment methods across Latin America. With previous experience at companies like OLX Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Millicom, Yury possesses a strong background in mobile application development and technology product management. Yury's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Simón.
