Sergey Sergeyev

Sergey Sergeyev is a research manager at the Center of Excellence CASCH at the University of Antwerp, where they support professors in securing funding and managing collaborative projects. Previously, Sergey served as a research and innovation manager, facilitating technology transfer and attracting over 20 million euros in funding for a consortium of six research groups. Their earlier experience includes a role as a research associate at Université Libre de Bruxelles, overseeing a synthetic chemistry group and contributing to EU funding proposals, as well as postdoctoral research in fullerene chemistry at ETH Zürich. Sergey earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Universität Zürich and an MSc in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
