Susan Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, infrastructure, and sustainability. Currently serving as Director of the Advisory Board at UAP | Urban Art Projects and Head of Energy Transition and Sustainability at Argo Infrastructure Partners, Susan also holds board positions with the NACD New Jersey and New York Chapters and previously contributed to the Lower East Side Tenement Museum as a trustee and CoChair of the Strategy Committee. A former Global Head of Sustainable Finance Business and Innovation at S&P Global Ratings, Susan has held significant roles at Macquarie Group, including establishing the project and structured finance business in Indonesia. Earlier career contributions include serving as a Trustee for the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences and as a Board Member for the State Transit Authority of NSW. Susan began their career as a Policy Advisor for the Australian Government, supporting cabinet-level initiatives. Susan holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) and Law from the University of Sydney.
