Peter Kabuga

Peter Kabuga is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at UBA Kenya since April 2024. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions including Senior Manager of Talent, Learning & Development and Team Lead for Human Resource & Culture at CIB Kenya Limited. Previous experience includes being a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at NCBA Group, and roles as Human Resource Business Partner and Manager across several reputable organizations. Peter's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from United States International University - Africa and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya).
