Kishore Raghavan

Kishore Raghavan is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Risk at Ubank since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kishore held the position of Head of Risk Management at NAB from June 2022 to July 2025, and spent over 17 years at Citi in various risk management roles, including Risk Executive for both Risk Management and Operational Risk Management, and Country Head of Cards Portfolio and Lending. With a background in strategy and implementation, Kishore has successfully driven revenue growth, enhanced customer engagement, and led business transformation initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from California State University-Dominguez Hills and executive education from Wharton and Harvard Business School.
