Oliver Eger

Oliver Eger is a dedicated mechanical engineering student at The University of British Columbia, with a strong focus on applied engineering practices. Currently serving as Team Lead for UBC Baja SAE, Oliver manages a team to design and enhance a custom off-road race car for competition, while also contributing to the Chassis & Driver Controls Sub-Team. As Treasurer for the Seri Malaysia Club, Oliver ensures effective financial management and organizes cultural events for the Malaysian community in Vancouver. Additionally, experience includes roles as Junior Mechanical Engineer at Fresh Prep, Engineer Intern at Hammock Helicopter, and Intern at Kijani Asia, where Oliver developed engineering drawings, site layout maps, and provided customer relations support. Oliver's academic background includes A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science, along with IGCSE qualifications.
