Allyson Wilinski

Allyson Wilinski currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at UBC, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Allyson was the Team Lead for Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. from August 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading recruitment, benefits, and compensation strategies across national sites, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Allyson's career began as the original General Manager at Old Carolina Barbecue Company, where skills in recruitment and employee relations were developed. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Food Service Director at ARAMARK and Corporate Intern at Jasons Deli. Allyson holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware.
