Teresa Bingham

Teresa Bingham has extensive experience in IT and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst at UBC since January 2004. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting technical requirements in JIRA, collaborating with business owners and IT teams, and creating test cases for QA to ensure application development meets business needs. Teresa's background also includes roles as a Senior Operational Business Analyst, Operations Training Specialist, and Operations Data Entry Lead, demonstrating skills in project scope definition, testing coordination, and training program development. Teresa's early career included a position as a Customer Care Representative at HDIS, where notable achievements in training and customer service were recorded. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from St. Louis Community College, Teresa is expected to graduate in May 2024.
