Kristin Cacchioni

Kristin Cacchioni currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at UBC Okanagan, a role held since September 2016, where Kristin implements comprehensive and inclusive workplace practices and maintains strategic relationships with unions and associations. Previous positions at The University of British Columbia include Senior Manager of Faculty and Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources for the Faculty of Medicine, where Kristin directed HR activities in accordance with the Faculty's strategic objectives. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, a Change Leadership Certificate from ECornell, a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and ongoing pursuit of an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
