Justinas Pagirys

Justinas Pagirys has a wealth of experience in the business development and international sales sector. Justinas has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Senior Investment Advisor and Lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Director of Business Development at Invest Lithuania. Justinas then went on to become the Country Manager of Sweden at Enterprise Lithuania in 2016. In 2015, they also became the Co-Founder and CEO of neematic. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Commercial Director, EMEA at UBCO - Electric Adventure Vehicles, where they lead European operations and sales, sets up a European Head Office and Distribution Hub in Denmark, and expands with a retail network, partnerships and DTC.

Justinas Pagirys obtained a Bachelor in Political Science from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University between 2004 and 2008. Justinas then continued their education and obtained a Masters in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore between 2008 and 2010. Justinas has also obtained a number of certifications, including Sales and Sales Management from Mercuri International in April 2016, Adaptive Leadership Master Class from the Kansas Leadership Center in October 2015, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Renault-Nissan Consulting in March 2015, and International Best Practice Methodologies and Techniques to Attract FDI from Communiqué International in September 2014.
