From 2015 to 2017, they were the Supply Chain Manager at FW a Novatel Wireless company. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Purchasing Manager at PCS Ferguson. From 2009 to 2011, they held two roles as Program Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Commodity Leader/MRP Planner Buyer at GE Energy.

Kevin Rickerson attended New Mexico State University, where they earned a degree in Production & Operations Management.
