Zuzana Habaj

Zuzana Habaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Zuzana currently holds the position of Director Support Functions at UBConnect, where they are responsible for managing various support functions within the company. Prior to this, they served as the Strategic Sourcing and Supply Manager at the same company.

Before joining UBConnect, Zuzana worked at TESLA Liptovsky Hrádok as the Head of Logistics and Planning. During their tenure, they oversaw the logistics and planning operations at the company. Zuzana also took a maternity leave from 2017 to 2018, during which they held the role of Head of Operations.

Zuzana's earlier experience includes working at Ceragon Networks as the General Director of their production plant in Slovakia. In this role, they had overall responsibility for various departments, such as purchasing, production planning, finance, HR, quality, engineering, warehouse, logistics, and customer support.

Prior to that, they worked at Nera Networks as the Production and Planning Manager and the Production Planning Supervisor. Zuzana'sresponsibilities included production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inventory, implementing forecasting requirements, and interacting with customers during factory acceptance testing. Zuzana also played a key role in ERP implementation and lean projects at the company.

Zuzana's career began at VUB, where they worked in customer service.

Zuzana Habaj completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1995 to 1999, they attended the Electrotechnical High School in Liptovsky Hradok, where they studied technical and information services in electrical engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree from 1999 to 2004 at the University Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Investments.

Furthermore, Zuzana Habaj obtained additional certifications in the field of strategy and management. In May 2016, they completed a course on Strategy Formulation and in March 2016, they obtained a certification in Strategic Management. These certificates were acquired from Coursera Course Certificates.
