Ian Parry

Ian Parry has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ian is currently working at UBDS as the Principal Service Design and Transition Manager. Prior to this role, they held positions at TJ Tech Limited, Lloyds Banking Group, Tilney Smith & Williamson, HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Gibbs Hybrid, Unilever, and Bank of America. Ian has expertise in service design, service transition, project management, and ITIL best practices. Ian has successfully led and implemented various projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure transformations, and finance system implementations. Ian is known for their ability to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Ian Parry graduated from the University of Hull in 1994 with a B. Eng. (Honours) degree in Electronic Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Kingsway High School in Chester from 1984 to 1990, where they studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics at the A-Level. Ian Parry has also obtained various certifications in areas such as business analysis, Power BI, AWS, agile development, ITIL, PRINCE2, blockchain, and emergency first aid.
