Linh Tong

Linh Tong currently serves as PMO Lead at UBDS Digital for the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) since September 2023, previously holding the position of Senior PMO Analyst at DEFRA. Prior experience includes Project Manager and EPMO Portfolio Analyst roles at Wellington Water from June 2022 to June 2023, and Programme Advisor specializing in project health checks and management best practices at the Ministry of Social Development from November 2021 to June 2022. Linh was part of the Special Projects team at the Ministry of Education New Zealand from November 2019 to October 2021, leading initiatives such as Healthy School Lunches and Access to Period Products in Schools. Past roles also include Business Development Coordinator and Frontline & Projects Administrator at Victoria University of Wellington from November 2015 to November 2019. Linh holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Linguistics from Victoria University of Wellington, completed in 2015.
