Niren Patel

Niren Patel is an accomplished Programme Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in technical project management, particularly in cloud services, SD-WAN, and secure web gateways. Currently at UBDS since April 2020, Niren previously held similar roles at the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Niren's career includes significant contributions at the UK Home Office and a decade-long tenure at Bank of America, where responsibilities ranged from leading NAS storage infrastructure to managing large-scale transformation projects. Niren holds an MSc in Advanced Methods in Computer Science from King's College London and a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London.
