Neal Connors

Neal Connors has a strong background in strategic partnerships and business development. Neal is currently working as the Principal of Strategy and BD at Uber Freight since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Loadsmart from April 2022 to May 2023. Neal also worked at Coyote Logistics for several roles, including Director of Strategic Partnerships - Innovation from August 2019 to May 2022, Head of Business Intelligence & Data Engineering from April 2016 to August 2019, and Senior Analyst - Managed Trans & Operations from March 2012 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant in Analytics & Corporate Strategy at NICE from July 2008 to March 2012, where they focused on market trends, competitive landscape, strategic positioning, and investor relations. Neal started their career as a Research Analyst at PFM from December 2007 to June 2008.

Neal Connors has a degree in Economics with a field of study in Literature from Lake Forest College. Neal also received a Study Abroad Grant and studied International Business at Peking University. Additionally, they attended Groton School.
