Phung Osugi

Phung Osugi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career as a Sales Manager/Account Executive at East West Mortgage/Jacob Dean Mortgage, where they successfully established a New Jersey office and managed a team of 10 account executives. They then co-founded Vu Sourcing, a sourcing consulting company in Vietnam, where they developed and executed a sales and marketing strategy, winning three major accounts within the first year. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at DotBlu, a digital marketing agency, where they exceeded sales quotas, launched new markets, and achieved top salesperson status among 30 representatives. They then joined Apollo Education Group as a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, playing a key role in managing affiliate marketing strategies and a significant advertising budget for University of Phoenix. Phung then moved to NerdWallet, where they held multiple roles, including Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for managing performance marketing initiatives. Currently, Phung is the Performance Marketing Lead at Uber Freight.
