Thomas Niemants

Thomas Niemants currently serves as Vice President of Global Workplace and Real Estate at Uber Freight, where responsibilities include developing a multi-year real estate portfolio plan and building a leading Workplace and Real Estate team. Prior experience at Uber encompassed roles in Real Estate Portfolio Management and as Senior Regional Workplace Manager, leading complex projects, managing site acquisitions, and enhancing space productivity. Before Uber, Thomas held various positions at CEB, including Regional Workplace Associate Director and Global Construction Project Manager, overseeing office construction and facility management across North and South America. Thomas holds a BS in Marketing and International Business from Iowa State University.
