Brooke Anderson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. At the State of Illinois from 2012 to 2015, Brooke served as Communications Director for Governor Pat Quinn, acting as chief spokesperson and managing press operations for over 30 state agencies. Prior roles include Press Secretary for Governor Quinn, and Account Executive at Serafin & Associates, where strategic communications for nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies were developed. Brooke also served as Press Secretary for Gery Chico’s mayoral campaign and as Communications Director for a competitive statewide race in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, Brooke led communications at Uber, overseeing successful public affairs campaigns across the Midwest. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Journalism from DePaul University and a B.A. in Communications from Gardner-Webb University.
