Kim Couts

Kim Couts has a diverse work experience. Kim began their career as a Professional Tennis Player for the WTA from 2006 to 2011. Kim then transitioned to IMG Academy, where they worked as a Tennis Coach & College Recruiting Coordinator from 2011 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been with the Tampa Bay Rays, taking on various roles within their Community Engagement and Impact departments. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Community Engagement.

Kim Couts has a Bachelor's Degree in Professional & Technical Communication from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, which was completed in 2017.
