Chester Cheng

Chester Cheng is a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager focused on Driver Experience & Loyalty at Uber, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they held roles at MTR Corporation Limited, including Assistant Manager and Manager at MTR Lab, where they specialized in sustainability and operational transformation, along with experiences as a Summer Analyst at CICC and a Program Director for the Hult Prize Greater Bay Area Innovation Challenge. Chester is a co-founder of Carbon Wallet and has interned at various organizations, including Cathay Pacific Airways. Educated at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Rotterdam School of Management, they are currently a scholar of The D. H. Chen Foundation.
