Hitesh Pankhania is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as General Manager for Uber Eats in Ireland since July 2019 and previously holding multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Territory Strategy & Operations Manager and Head of UK Launch & Expansion. Prior to joining Uber, Hitesh worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant specializing in strategy and operations for the banking and capital markets sector. Hitesh's diverse background also includes a unique cycling adventure from Indonesia to London for charity and involvement in various roles at Deloitte during earlier career stages. Hitesh holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Warwick.
