Iolanda Franco

Iolanda Franco possesses extensive experience in operations, customer experience, and management, primarily within leading companies such as Uber and Ernst & Young. At Uber, Iolanda has undertaken various roles, including Co-lead of Women@Uber in Brazil, Customer Experience Lead for Payments and New Mobilities in Latin America, and currently serves as Head of Marketplace in Brazil since January 2022. Prior roles also include Head of Courier and Marketplace Operations for Uber Eats Brazil and Operations and Logistics Manager for Northeast Brazil, showcasing a strong background in logistics and operations management. Earlier career experience includes a position as Valuation Consultant at Ernst & Young and Project Finance at Itaú BBA. Iolanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics graduated with honors from Insper and an MBA with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Management from London Business School.
