Nina Kumar is currently the Global Head of External Escalations at Uber, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Global Program Lead for Social Media Care at Uber from 2021 to 2023, and prior to that, they worked at Golin as a Senior Manager in Social Media from 2019 to 2021. Nina began their professional journey with internships at organizations such as the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and ABC for Health, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism (Strategic Communications) and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and are currently pursuing studies in Central European Studies at Charles University in Prague.
