Patrycja Eckert is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and human resource management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Talent Acquisition at Uber, Patrycja has previously held managerial roles in talent acquisition at various organizations, including Sr Manager and Manager positions at Uber and Technical Recruiter roles at Thumbtack and Google. Patrycja's career began with a focus on human resources at Sheraton and advanced through technical recruitment at Coit Group. Patrycja holds dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Economics from Griffith University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
