Paul Dolfen

Paul Dolfen is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in mobility matching, driver and courier pricing, and incentives at Uber since July 2020, where currently holds the position of Staff Scientist. Prior to this, Paul Dolfen served as a Senior Applied Scientist and Applied Scientist II at Uber, where responsibilities included analyzing various growth levers. From June 2015 to July 2020, Paul Dolfen worked as a Consultant in Global Data Science at Visa, focusing on consumer choice and E-Commerce dynamics in collaboration with Stanford economists.
