Ralph Rabbat

Ralph Rabbat is an experienced leader in engineering, specializing in scalable systems and data science. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the Center for Educational Computing Initiatives at MIT, focusing on active learning projects and intelligent information delivery. Over the years, Ralph held significant positions at prominent companies, including Senior Software Engineer at Basis Technology Corp. and various leadership roles at Yahoo!, where they managed teams involved in search technology and content science. Currently, Ralph is the Founder and COO of Consider, an AI-driven sourcing and recruiting product, and also serves as the Head of Predictive Analytics at Uber, where they lead teams in real-time forecasting and machine learning initiatives. Ralph’s educational background includes completion of the Engineering Leadership Professional Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
