Ramesh Saral

Ramesh Saral (Talagampa) is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruiting across various technology sectors in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for Uber since October 2022, Ramesh oversees talent acquisition strategies for North Asia, South Asia, ANZ, and India. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at ServiceNow, where recruitment strategies for the Asia Pacific and Japan were developed, and leadership positions at Amazon, where Ramesh focused on machine learning talent and broader technology recruitment. Ramesh has also held strategic roles at Ivy Comptech, Wells Fargo, Microsoft India R&D Center, and Freescale Semiconductor, consistently demonstrating expertise in recruitment strategy and execution. Ramesh holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kakatiya University.
